Spravato®: Government insurances do not cover Spravato at our practice.
Commercial plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Coverage varies by plan; call (910) 273-7572 to confirm your benefits. We’ll confirm your specific benefits, copays, and any prior authorization before you’re seen.
Self-pay
No insurance? You can still see us. We offer self-pay options for those without insurance.

Testing & add-on services
GeneSight, Creyos ADHD/cognitive assessment, MindMetrix diagnostics, and in-office EKG are insurance-covered or self-pay.
Cancellation policy: Need to reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $50 fee.
